ADJUSTMENT 

The Adjustment Ring cannot be turned to 1 (or from coarser to finer setting)
Remove remaining beans and clean the grinder according to our instructions.
Turn around grinder to release beans that might be stuck in between.
It`s difficult/hard to move the Adjustment in any direction
Remove the collection cup, turn it around and connect its bottomside to the Adjustment to move/release it.
Setting moves while grinding / Change of setting after grinding
Ensure not to touch the adjustment ring while grinding and hold on to the grinder above the adjustment ring.
Recommended settings: 
Turkish 1

Espresso 3-5

Moka Pot 5-7

Aero Press 6-13

Pour Over 7-13

Chemex 13-16

French Press 19-20


COLLECTION CUP
Ensure for the magnet (that can hold around 6kg) to be clean and brush off any remaining grounds before you start to grind. 

Don`t touch the collection cup while grinding.


ERGONOMIC HANDLE
Make sure to properly hold the handle with 3 fingers and beware of the indentations for respective fingers (index/middle-finger and thumb). 

RETENTION
In the grinding chamber remaining grounds (compressed by the Antistatic-Jig while grinding for Espresso so to minimize static) may be easily reduced with a short knock before removing the collection cup. Another possibility is to remove the Adjustment Ring, carefully position the cone burr on the magnet of the collection cup and give it a few knocks (also check out respective Videos on YouTube).

DO NOT USE WATER TO CLEAN THE BURRS or GRINDING MECHANISM.
